Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and stocking merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Availability: Flexibility to work full-time shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Documentation: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.
- Communication: Strong ability to read labels, follow instructions, and communicate with team leads.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
