Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve desktop/server hardware/software issues
- Manage network security protocols and data protection systems
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Install and configure enterprise software and operating systems
- Document IT infrastructure changes and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux systems and Active Directory
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid Nebraska driver's license required
