Responsibilities
- Accurately pick/pack orders for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Use WMS software for inventory tracking
- Participate in daily safety briefings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stamina for 8-10 hour shifts on feet
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
- Reliable transportation to Northwest Columbus
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift if needed
- Pass background/drug screening (provided)
