Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network infrastructure during weekend operations.
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and system alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Resolve escalated tickets and service requests from internal staff with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to document issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, backups, and security patches.
- Assist in onboarding and training new weekend staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including all weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred.
