Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts
- Assist with medical procedures and patient assessments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Handle emergency triage and urgent cases
- Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current Florida nursing or medical assistant license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- EHR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Background check and drug screen clearance
