Key Responsibilities
Your primary focus will be maintaining high standards in our warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receiving, sorting, and storing incoming stock to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and ensuring all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and internal safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicating effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
