Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Architect secure, HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker
Qualifications
- 5+ years Java development experience
- Expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- HIPAA compliance knowledge required
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
