Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and ML algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, R, and SQL

- Lead A/B testing initiatives and experimental design

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
