Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Document common customer questions to help improve our knowledge base.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
