Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process urgent community assistance applications with accuracy and urgency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues
- Maintain detailed case documentation in compliance with agency standards
- Coordinate emergency resource referrals for housing, food, and healthcare
- Participate in rapid-response community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or case management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for occasional outreach)
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred
