Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist community members with program enrollment and resource navigation
- Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service inquiries
- Support community events and outreach activities as scheduled
- Process administrative tasks including documentation and data entry
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or community support experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable
