Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update customer records and maintain detailed logs in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell products and services.
- Provide product training and information to new customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
