Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Assist in training new team members on processes and equipment
- Resolve shipment discrepancies with precision and urgency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends during peak seasons
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee facility
