Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person weekend crew during peak operations
- Execute inventory management protocols with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate loading/unloading of 50+ shipments daily
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Optimize weekend workflow using WMS systems
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift audits
- Resolve escalated client issues within 2-hour SLA
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Expertise in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Valid forklift certification (stand-up and reach)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Availability every Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM
