Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders within tight deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Assist in unloading inbound shipments and organizing storage areas
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
