- Operate advanced material handling equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional team operations for real-time problem resolution
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse optimization
- Document all inventory movements and quality control metrics
- Train and mentor new associates on night shift procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Advanced proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends as needed
