Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse staff and daily operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Manage inventory accuracy and optimize logistics workflows
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operations handover
- Handle employee scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Investigate and resolve operational issues during overnight hours
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Proven ability to manage teams during overnight shifts
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
