Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Follow strict safety protocols and operational procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless inventory turnover and order fulfillment.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization of the warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for delivery, including labeling and packaging.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and package weighing.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
