Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading, unloading, sorting, and staging of freight and merchandise.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck) with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work area, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to facilitate seamless handovers and operations.
- Complete daily logging and paperwork accurately, including inventory tracking and incident reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Mandatory availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
