We are looking for candidates who are available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily night operations to ensure seamless workflow and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock placement using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a small team of night associates, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Resolve operational discrepancies and coordinate with day-shift supervisors to ensure 24/7 continuity.
- Generate and analyze nightly operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all loading and unloading processes adhere to strict time schedules and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, night-shift environment.
- Forklift certification and valid driver’s license are required.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Flexibility to work overtime and holidays as required by business needs.
