Responsibilities
- Supervise 12-15 night shift associates in order fulfillment, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS system and coordinate cycle counts
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain 99.9% order accuracy
- Train new hires on equipment operation (RF scanners, forklifts, etc.)
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication skills for shift handoffs
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
