Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS systems
- Manage enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for cloud-based SaaS applications
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain comprehensive knowledge base
- Mentor junior technicians and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with proven incident resolution track record
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 administration
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
