- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to our Midtown Atlanta office.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
