Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Architect and implement secure payment processing systems handling 10k+ transactions daily
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance to achieve 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker for automated deployments
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments for compliance with PCI-DSS standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Spring Boot
- Expertise in distributed systems design and event-driven architectures
- Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes)
- Strong background in financial services or high-transaction systems
- Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL implementations
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams with Jira and Confluence
- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP preferred)
