Responsibilities
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues with 99.9% SLA adherence
- Implement and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure solutions
- Lead cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and data encryption
- Manage Active Directory, VPN, and network security systems
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations
- Mentor junior IT staff on troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise IT support experience with Microsoft 365
- Azure or AWS certification required (AZ-104/AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 administration
- Strong background in network security protocols (VPN, firewalls)
- Proven incident management with ITIL framework
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
