Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve critical IT infrastructure issues with minimal downtime
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate system logs
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and VMWare
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure
- Proven experience with ITIL framework and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize critical incidents
