Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced emergency and critical care settings
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions using advanced medical technology
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and discharge plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications
- Current Virginia RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (TNCC preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care or emergency nursing experience
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated excellence in patient communication
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
