Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced cardiac ICU environment
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Implement infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care
Qualifications
- Active Maryland RN license required
- Minimum 2 years ICU/Telemetry experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- BSN degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (nights available)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- EMR experience (Epic preferred)
