Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person consultations and product recommendations
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Support inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising displays
- Process membership enrollments and maintain client relationship databases
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training and wellness workshops
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a pristine store environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Flexible availability including weekends and evening shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for health/wellness industry (experience a plus)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
- Must be available to start immediately
