Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Resolve: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for clients in real-time.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear, professional technical support via phone, email, and chat to ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately log all technical interactions, resolutions, and tickets into our CRM system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client devices and software.
- Remote Support: Guide clients through complex technical procedures using remote desktop tools.
- Feedback Loop: Identify recurring technical issues and relay them to the development team for product improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Basic to intermediate experience in technical support or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
