- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our logistics system.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Assist in identifying trends in customer feedback to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable transportation is required.
