Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex problems and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with navigating web browsers.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
