Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift employees, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets are met
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Conduct daily inventory audits and resolve discrepancies
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks) and safety procedures
- Report operational metrics to management and implement process improvements
- Manage cross-functional communication with day shift and transportation teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid forklift certification and clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
