Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular warehouse inspections
- Manage inventory control systems and coordinate with day shift operations
- Resolve operational issues and maintain equipment maintenance schedules
- Train staff on new procedures and performance standards
- Generate daily shift reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Valid Maryland driver's license
