Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records during the night shift.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders with precision, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
