Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Inspect inventory for damage and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) to minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the night shift.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
