Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries during the night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Resolve technical issues and product questions with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support leads promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments.
- Must be available to work a full-time night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems using remote desktop tools.
