Responsibilities

- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests to assist the product team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex account issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new clients on platform features.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and internet navigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week, including weekends.
- Must be currently located in or willing to commute to San Diego, CA.
