- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to support ongoing business operations.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve product knowledge and professional soft skills.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup for hybrid work.
