Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Log detailed interactions and issue resolutions into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex customer problems.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive customer information.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance standards and compliance protocols.
- Perform shift handovers and report any operational issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation is required to commute during night hours.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
