Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory and peripheral devices.
- Perform system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new software solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
