Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define features and user requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in React or Angular and Node.js or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret) is a plus.
