Your Role
As an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients, ensuring their technology works seamlessly. You will work closely with our senior team to resolve technical issues and maintain system integrity.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users in a remote and on-site environment.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and network devices.
- Document all technical support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Participate in daily team stand-ups and training sessions to improve technical skills.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree is a plus but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site visits).
