Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage Windows 10/11 and Active Directory environments
- Deploy and configure cloud solutions (Azure/O365)
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor network security and implement best practices
- Train end-users on new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration
