Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, and prototyping for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise software
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product design
- Expert understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
