Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist end-users with computer setup, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the help desk system.
- Maintain and update IT inventory and asset records.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement system improvements.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
