Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Prepare packages for shipment and ensure accurate labeling.
- Perform general warehouse duties including sweeping, organizing, and inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and verify incoming/outgoing inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to the Raleigh facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training provided).
