Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipments against packing slips.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hire.
