Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across multiple platforms
- Document all IT processes and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Deliver training to end-users on new systems and procedures
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent certification
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Colorado driver's license required for occasional on-site visits
