- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) for business integration.
- Lead cross-functional teams to validate innovative solutions and manage the R&D innovation budget.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to drive competitive advantage and product differentiation.
- Communicate complex technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Establish frameworks for long-term technical debt reduction and scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or Product Strategy within the tech sector.
- Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and translating them into actionable business plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market signals.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing at the C-suite level.
- Experience managing budgets for R&D initiatives and driving ROI on innovation projects.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is preferred.
